These terms support a safe, ethical, and effective working relationship. I keep them transparent so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you disagree with any provisions, please contact me or discontinue use of the website.
2. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms and the website at any time. Major changes will be announced prominently. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
3. Website Access, Security & Privacy
I take reasonable steps to keep the website secure and functional, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete security. No online system is 100% secure.
Access may be suspended for technical, maintenance, or security reasons without notice. I am not liable for website unavailability or data loss.
By using the website, you confirm all information you provide is accurate and current. Your use is also governed by my Privacy Policy
4. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, graphics, videos, software) is owned by me or licensed to me and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
If you submit feedback or reviews, you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that feedback. This applies to feedback only, not personal information.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. I am not responsible for technical issues or interruptions beyond my reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the website.
You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- your misuse of the website,
- your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or
- your infringement of any third-party rights.
6. Governing Law (Website Use)
6.1 This Agreement is governed by Czech Republic law, where I am established.
6.2 You retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under your country’s laws.
6.3 Dispute Resolution:

- EU clients may use the EC’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Both parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation
Both parties may bring proceedings in either Czech courts or your home country courts
Terms and Conditions of Working With Me
1. About Me & Qualifications
1.1 I work as a Sleep-focused behavioural practitioner.I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) with The Sleep Charity and Sleep Consultancy Ltd. under Dr. Jason Ellis, a world-renowned sleep researcher, and certified in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) by Dr. Steven Hayes, the originator of the model. I hold full qualification as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist Level 5, trained at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in London.
My services complement but do not replace medical care. I am not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or clinical psychologist, or other licensed medical professional. My work focuses on evidence-based approaches to support healthy sleep. I use CBT-I, hypnosis, ACT-I, and mindfulness techniques to improve overall wellbeing and healthy sleep. 1.2 I am a registered member of:
General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)
British Sleep Society UK Multidisciplinary Sleep Professionals
I am fully insured and follow strict professional standards.
2. Services & Fees
2.1 Services:
Calm Mind Hour: £85 (60 minutes)
Sleep Jumpstart: £125 (90 minutes)
Complete Sleep Reset: £640 (1×90 min + 5×60 min sessions)
Complete Sleep Reset Plus: £1,150 (1×90 min + 5×60 min sessions)
2.2 All fees are in GBP (£). Currency conversion fees may apply.
2.3 Sessions occur weekly. You need stable internet and a private, quiet space.
2.4 Programmes are non-transferable and must be completed within 2 months of Session 1.
2.5 Payment Plans:
For Complete Sleep Reset programmes, you may choose:
Option 1: One-time payment
Complete Sleep Reset: £640
Complete Sleep Reset Plus: £1,150
Option 2: Two-month payment plan (higher total cost)
Complete Sleep Reset: £711 (£355.50 x 2)
Complete Sleep Reset Plus: £1,278 (£639 x 2)
First payment due at booking
Second payment due 30 days after Session 1
Missed payment plan installments result in programme suspension after 7 days’ written notice. Programme access resumes upon payment. Final session cannot be scheduled until full payment is received.
2.6 Discount Eligibility & Payment Terms
2.6.1 Founding client discounts, referral coupons, promotional codes, or any other reduced-fee offers apply only to direct enrolment in Complete Sleep Reset or Complete Sleep Reset Plus.
2.6.2 Discounted programmes must be paid in full at the time of booking. Clients using any discount, coupon, or promotional rate are not eligible for the two-month payment plan.
2.6.3 Promotional discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be combined with any other offer, credit, or pricing adjustment, including but not limited to:
Sleep Jumpstart upgrade credit
Referral incentives
Any other promotional or discretionary reduction
2.6.4 Clients wishing to use a founding or promotional discount must enrol directly into the applicable programme. Discounts are not available where a client first books Sleep Jumpstart or another standalone session.
2.6.5 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, only one promotional offer may be applied per client.
3. Scope of Services
My services are behavioural, evidence informed and skills-based, using CBT-I, hypnosis, ACT-I and mindfulness approaches, to support healthy sleep.
These services are not designed to treat serious mental health conditions such as severe depression, psychosis, bipolar disorder, complex trauma, or other conditions requiring clinical intervention. If you have been diagnosed with such conditions, please consult with your treating clinician before engaging my services.
Where appropriate, clients are encouraged to seek medical assessment to rule out underlying medical conditions that may affect anxiety, stress, or sleep (such as sleep apnoea, thyroid disorders, or cardiovascular issues).
Not a Crisis Service: If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact emergency services, your GP, or mental health crisis support immediately.
4. Liability
4.1 Outcomes vary between individuals. You are responsible for implementing agreed strategies and decisions about your wellbeing.
4.2 My total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the relevant service.
4.3 Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for:
Personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded
However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits my liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
4.4 I maintain professional indemnity insurance and work within my professional scope.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment is due at booking via the online system or by bank transfer at least 48 hours before the appointment.
5.2 Fee changes apply to future bookings only.
6. Results & Commitment
Results vary between individuals. While I am committed to supporting you, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Success requires mutual commitment, attending sessions regularly and following agreed strategies.
7. Lateness & No-Shows
7.1 Sessions start at the scheduled time. If you’re late, the session ends at the original scheduled time.
7.2 If I’m late (10+ minutes):
Single sessions: Full refund or rescheduling
Programmes: Rescheduling only
7.3 If you’re late, I’ll wait and attempt contact. After 15 minutes with no response, the session is a no-show.
7.4 No-shows are charged in full and counted as used sessions.
7.5 Emergencies:
For genuine emergencies (medical issues, bereavements, documented outages), I may offer one emergency accommodation per engagement at my discretion:
Single sessions: One rescheduling
Programmes: One rescheduling OR 2-week pause
Conditions:
Contact me ASAP
Documentation may be required
Limited to one instance per client
This is a goodwill gesture, not a contractual right.
8. Scheduling & Cancellations
8.1 Programmes must be completed within 2 months of Session 1. If my holiday prevents scheduling, the deadline extends by the duration of my absence.
8.2 Single Sessions (Calm Mind Hour/Sleep Jumpstart):
48+ hours’ notice: Full refund or rescheduling
Less than 48 hours: Charged in full
8.3 Programmes (Complete Sleep Reset/Plus):
48+ hours’ notice: Reschedule within programme timeframe (ideally within 2 weeks)
Less than 48 hours: Charged in full
8.4 Cancellations confirmed by email.
8.5 Required Documentation:
Privacy Notice, Forms, and Client Agreement must be completed 48 hours before Session 1. If not completed, I’ll offer one courtesy rescheduling. Failure to complete before the rescheduled session will be treated as a late cancellation and charged per 8.2 or 8.3.
9. Refunds
9.1 Single Sessions:
48+ hours’ notice: Full refund
Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund (unless I cancel)
9.2 Programmes:
Before Session 1: Full refund
After Session 1, before Session 3: You’ll receive a refund of the total amount paid, minus £125 for each session you’ve completed (Complete Sleep Reset) or £175 per session (Complete Sleep Reset Plus) to account for ongoing support provided.
After Session 3+: No refund
9.3 Refunds processed within 10 business days to original payment method.
9.4 Contact me before initiating chargebacks. I maintain detailed records.
10. Sleep Jumpstart Upgrade Credit
Clients who complete Sleep Jumpstart and upgrade to Complete Sleep Reset or Reset Plus within 2 months receive:
Full £125 credit toward the programme fee
Jumpstart session counts as Session 1 (initial assessment)
Remaining programme: 5 additional sessions
11. Programme Termination
11.1 You may end the programme anytime. I recommend discussing this in-session.
11.2 I may terminate services for:
a) Payment Issues:
Payment 7+ days overdue after written notice
Missed payment plan installment without communication
b) Conduct Issues:
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior (immediate termination)
3+ no-shows without notice
Documented refusal to engage with service after 2+ written discussions
I’ll provide written notice and opportunity to address concerns (except for abusive conduct). No refunds for termination under 11.2(b).
12. Confidentiality
All information is confidential except where:
Required by law (safeguarding, court orders)
There’s risk of serious harm to you or others
Anonymized case material may be used for supervision or professional development with all identifying information removed.
13. Intellectual property
13.1 All session content, materials, resources, worksheets, audio recordings, protocols, exercises, and programme structures provided during our work together are my intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
13.2 These materials are provided solely for your personal use within the context of our work together.
13.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, teach, commercially use, or provide these materials to third parties without my prior written permission.
13.4 Breach results in immediate termination without refund.
13.5 This clause survives termination of our working relationship.
14. Communication

14.2 I reply within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
14.3 Email is primary communication. WhatsApp support (12-hour response) is only for Complete Sleep Reset Plus clients.
14.4 Holidays:
I’ll notify you of planned absences 2+ weeks in advance where possible
Email/WhatsApp responses may be delayed
If my absence affects your session, we’ll reschedule without penalty
The 2-month deadline automatically extends by the duration of my absence
15. Professional Registration & Insurance
I hold full professional indemnity insurance covering worldwide online services. Proof available upon request.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governed by Czech Republic law.
16.2 You retain all mandatory consumer rights under your country’s laws.

17. Data Protection
17.1 I retain records for 7 years from final session per professional standards.
17.2 Under GDPR, you can:

Receive portable data
Lodge complaints with your data protection authority
